Glade Consulting Services Ltd was established to help SME’s make the challenging transition to ISO9001: 2015 certification. With a passion for UK based manufacturing and supporting the UK supply chains, and a strong history of working with automotive, aerospace and construction supply chains, the business aims to support organisations in these supply chains.
The team of consultants have a range of skills from quality and technical management to business development management which can work alongside and augment the activities you already run in these areas.

Richard Dolman – Lead Consultant
Richard has been involved in multinational manufacturing organisations for over 25 years having served in a number of quality and technical roles within these organisations. He has worked extensively within global supply chains which has seen him leading teams and working with some of the world’s leading automotive and aerospace businesses. He has also been involved in the construction industry coordinating global supply chains to FTSE100 construction companies.
Richard’s passion is to help UK businesses meet their approval requirements and see their business grow through effective adoption of quality management processes through the implementation of ISO9001.
