With over 25 years of experience in multinational manufacturing and supply chain operations, Richard brings a wealth of practical knowledge to the world of quality and compliance.
Before founding Glade in 2017, Richard held senior quality and technical roles across sectors including steel manufacturing and construction supply chains. His global experience—particularly in sourcing from the Far East into UK construction—has shaped his pragmatic, results-driven approach to consultancy.
At Glade, Richard’s mission is clear: to make ISO certification accessible, beneficial, and tailored to each client’s needs. Rather than imposing rigid systems, he works with existing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and drive growth. His client-focused philosophy has earned Glade a strong reputation, with much of its business coming through referrals and long-term partnerships.
Under Richard’s leadership, Glade has expanded beyond its Sheffield base, opening a Midlands office and supporting clients across the UK—from Cumbria to Devon and even within elite motorsport. His team provides services ranging from internal audits to management reviews, always with a focus on continuous improvement.
Richard believes that ISO isn’t just about ticking boxes—it’s a strategic tool for unlocking new opportunities, especially in sectors like government, construction, and healthcare. His work continues to empower businesses to grow with confidence and clarity.

Julia Watts is a skilled ISO management systems consultant at Glade Consulting, where she supports businesses in achieving and maintaining ISO certifications with a focus on quality, environmental, and information security standards. With a strong background in operational management and compliance, Julia brings a practical, people-first approach to every project.
She is a certified ISO 14001:2015 Lead Auditor, enabling her to guide organisations through the complexities of environmental management systems with confidence and clarity. Her expertise helps clients not only meet compliance requirements but also improve sustainability and reduce environmental impact.

Leanne Tymoscuk is a specialist ISO consultant at Glade Consulting, with a strong focus on supporting construction sector clients in achieving and maintaining compliance across ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) standards. As a certified Lead Auditor in ISO 45001:2018, Leanne brings deep expertise in health and safety management—critical for high-risk environments associated with Construction projects.
With a background as a lead auditor for a major UK certification body, Leanne has worked with Principal contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers across the construction industry supply chain. She understands the sector’s unique challenges and helps businesses implement practical, efficient systems that meet both regulatory and client expectations.
In addition to ISO consultancy, Leanne provides hands-on support with SafeContractor, Constructionline and CHAS accreditations—two key pre-qualification schemes in the construction industry. She guides clients through the application process, ensuring documentation, policies, and procedures are aligned with industry best practices.
Leanne’s approach is collaborative and down-to-earth. She simplifies compliance, reduces paperwork, and helps businesses build systems that work in the real world—not just on paper. Based in Staffordshire, she supports clients nationwide.

Richard Clegg is a seasoned ISO consultant based in South Yorkshire, England. With a strong foundation in IT and team management, Richard has spent much of his career working with multinational IT companies, where he honed his expertise in process development and compliance. His transition into ISO consultancy was a natural progression, driven by his hands-on experience representing companies during audits for ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 22301 standards.
Since becoming a consultant in 2017, Richard has worked with a diverse range of clients across the UK and Europe, helping them navigate the complexities of quality, information security, and business continuity management systems. His approach is both collaborative and insightful—he not only shares his deep knowledge but also learns from the unique challenges and innovative solutions his clients bring to the table.
Richard holds lead auditor certifications in ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 27001:2012 (Information Security Management), and ISO 22301:2019 (Business Continuity Management). He also earned an MBA from the Open University in 2019, further strengthening his strategic and operational capabilities.
