Our Approach

To support Zenobē Energy’s ISO implementation journey, we began by conducting comprehensive internal audits across all departments. These audits were carefully tailored to the requirements of each ISO standard and aligned with Zenobē’s specific risk profile and operational context. Through this process, we were able to highlight opportunities for improvement, laying the groundwork for a robust and compliant management system.

As Zenobē expanded their operations and services, we played a key role in extending the scope of their ISO certifications. This included successfully integrating Zenobē’s new Innovation Centre in Portsmouth within the scope of certification, ensuring that the site met all relevant requirements and was fully aligned with the broader system.

We also provided hands-on support throughout the certification process, particularly during the critical Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits. Our team prepared the necessary documentation, coached staff on audit expectations, and supported real-time interactions with auditors. This proactive involvement helped ensure a smooth and successful audit experience with minimal findings.

To align the management system with Zenobē’s strategic direction, we worked with the Senior Leadership Team on setting SMART objectives. These objectives were designed to reflect the company’s goals, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations, and were embedded into performance dashboards for ongoing monitoring and review.

Finally, we introduced tools to aid audit tracking and non-conformance management. Alongside these tools, we delivered targeted training and awareness sessions to embed a culture of compliance and continuous improvement throughout the organisation.
